We are looking for a professional who is polite, quiet, tidy and does not smoke in the house or doorway. The rooms are cleaned every Friday. The landlord works from home and therefore expects the house to be empty between 10AM to 5PM most days but has a room to offer weary travellers currently working or on a project in Norwich. Ideal for foreign students up to 4-6 weeks.

The LET requires full ID with your home address and copy of Council Tax Bill. LET is paid in advance of the week.
